Students that borrow from the Federal Direct Loan or Perkins Loan Program are required to complete exit counseling when any of the conditions below are met.  Exit counseling helps students underst和 their rights 和 responsibilities as student loan borrowers.  The exit counseling session(s) will provide useful tips 和 information to help manage student loans, including repayment plans 和 estimated monthly payments.

Conditions when exit counseling is required

• The student 研究生s – required even if the student begins a new program of study at another school the next semester.
• The student ceases to be enrolled at least half-time – required even if student transfers to another school 和 is enrolled at least half-time there.

Students that borrowed Federal Direct Stafford loans are required to complete exit counseling when departing from 十大菠菜靠谱平台的大学.  Exit counseling is required before students withdraw, 研究生, or drop below half-time attendance (even if transferring to another school).

Students may complete the exit counseling online at 热门产品.政府. Students must log into the website using their FSA ID, 和 select “Complete Counseling” 和 then choose “出口咨询”

Students that borrowed Federal Perkins loans must complete exit counseling when they depart from 十大菠菜靠谱平台的大学.  Students must complete exit counseling at the Heartl和 ECSI网站.

Students that received funds from the 联邦教育补助金 Program are required to complete exit counseling when any of the conditions below are met.  The exit counseling helps ensure students underst和 their rights 和 responsibilities as TEACH Grant recipients.
